Thank you for shopping with K. Rae Creations! Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections — please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we've got you covered! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at k.rae.creationsgj@gmail.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number

We will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
